Some users report side effects with using No Xplode. Here are a list of reported ones.
Skin Tingling
The most common one you'll probably experience is skin tingling. This is caused by the beta-alanine in No Xplode which is a naturally occuring amino acid. This causes blood vessels to dilate, giving you that pump and making you more energetic. The effect will normally be felt in places that are most sensitive, like the face and hands. This is only a minor side effect and will wear off after a few days of using it as your body gets used to it.
Sleeplessness
Some people report that they can't sleep after taking No Xplode. You get a huge surge of energy at your workout after taking it so you shouldn't take it less than four hours before bedtime. If you find that you're still having trouble sleeping then you'll need to make your training schedule earlier, or cut down on other caffeine supplements which will have a culmultive effect.
History of kidney disease
In addition to giving the body a huge surge of energy, it also has to be processed in the liver which means that they'll be doing a bit more work than normal. There's nothing to worry about here if you're young fit and healthy, but if you have a history of these problems then you might want to consult your doctor before trying it.
Cramps
When taking No Xplode, your workout intensity will increase. Some people have reported having muscle cramps on this but cramping is actually the result of dehydration in the body. This shouldn't normally be a problem but you'll be surprised as to how many people forget to take in more fluid when using this. Rule: Drink plenty of water on No Xplode cause you'll be working out like mad!
Crashing
No, I don't mean that you'll be involved in a car crash! No Xplode can give some users so much energy that after the surge during their workout, they feel an equally huge crash after. This is due to your caffeine tolerance level. For people who are very sensitive to caffeine, they will experience more energy and faster, but also feel a larger crash. The key here is to find your caffeine tolerance level and adjust your dosage accordingly.
