First and foremost, this site is about lifting weights. It doesn't matter if you're a bodybulder, a powerlifter, an Olympic weight lifter or you use weights to train for carrying more beer back from Tesco's. The thing that binds us all is iron.

Given our love of iron, we are also interested in those things associated with lifting, namely food, supplements, drugs, indeed anything that improves our workouts.

The content of the site is mixed and varied but all the articles that our team write are written for smart guys. We refuse to water our science down as we figure you have 'cut your teeth' on other resources in the past and if you read any more Mickey-Mouse bullshit, you'll explode.
